Role Overview 

While our Team Members provide a fast and accurate ordering experience with true southern hospitality, the Shift Supervisor assists the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation. As a Shift Supervisor at NFRG, you will feel empowered to make decisions that lead to high levels of guest satisfaction for the betterment of both our guests and team members alike. The Shift Supervisor will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Supervisor is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service.  

Minimum Qualifications for Shift Supervisor: 

• High energy with a strong work ethic, Outgoing 
• Personable with a natural smile, Guest focused 
• Positive and friendly phone presence 
• Ability to handle pressure during peak times  
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures 
• Ability to follow instructions 
• Availability to work in other areas of the restaurant as needed 
• Well-groomed, professional appearance 
• Positive Attitude and self-disciplined 
• Professional demeanor at all times 
• Has a flexible schedule 
• Can lift and carry 10 pounds up to 20 times per shift 
• At least 3 years restaurant experience, preferably with 1 year in a leadership role. 

Work Condition Requirements: 

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours) 
• Assist in counting out cash registers. 
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product. 
• Expedite food for guests. 
• Follow the directions of management. 
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications. 
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours) 
• Assist in counting out cash registers. 
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product. 
• Expedite food for guests. 
• Follow directions of management. 
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications. 
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling. 

A History: 

We use the best cut you can get for our tenders. From the outset, 100% all-natural premium tenderloins have been the building block for our entire menu. Our time-tested recipe has become a household favorite, locking in flavor with our southern-style buttermilk marinade, and lightly breaded by hand with every order. Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line, 4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international and now as of 2023, we have opened 160 stores. And it’s just as exhilarating as day one. Every new store brings a renewed dedication to guests, to stay true to our original mission and true to our roots.
