Your Role:
As a Shift Supervisor - Hospital Security Officer at DMAC, your pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the security team and other staff members within the hospital. Your primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the safety and security of our entrusted sites, while also managing key operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Account Management: Work collaboratively with DMAC Account Management to design and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy and productive relationship with clients through continuous communication, addressing client and customer needs promptly.
- Advisor to Clients: Be a trusted advisor to DMAC clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
Operational Efficiency:
- Staffing and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and fair compensation for employees.
- Tracking and Training: Implement and enhance tracking systems for personnel, training, and credentials. Play an active role in training new hires.
- Employee Management: Conduct performance reviews, address employee complaints, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Provide guidance to subordinates regarding their duties.
- Equipment Maintenance: Organize the maintenance of equipment and technology to support daily tasks.
- Task Organization: Schedule tasks based on operational requirements, training histories, and personnel skill sets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate security operations during your shift, managing personnel and resources effectively.
- Access Control and Vigilant Observation: Manage access control, maintain vigilance for security threats, and take appropriate action.
- Patrol and Response: Conduct patrols, using various methods, to ensure security and address irregularities promptly.
- Conflict Resolution and Emergency Response: Lead by example in conflict de-escalation and swift response to crises.
