Overview
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for carrying out the operators vision and meeting store goals, as well as ensuring the successful completion of day-to-day operations to establish and maintain the vision, To be the worlds most caring company. This position is responsible for direct training and development of employees. The Shift Supervisor/Coordinator also adheres to all health code and labor regulations and ensures the restaurant has a solid
foundation that coincides with the standards, culture, and mission of Chick-fil-A.

Utilize the LEAN process
Ensure daily eRQAs are completed and findings are addressed
SAFETY
Create and maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant
Address and monitor employee hygiene, uniform and hand washing
Ensure all employees are following safety prevention measures
Ensure SAFE Daily Criticals are completed twice a day
Daily completion of Safety checklist
Familiar with unit crisis response plan and know where to locate it
Stay in compliance with all health code, OHSA, labor laws and state laws
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds
Must be able to maneuver in tight spaces

Count register in the presence of responsible cashier for accountability
Monitor and understand labor productivity
Monitor and coach the importance of food cost
