Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Be hands-on in the restaurant's operation, including food prep, preparation of orders and customer service - Ensure that quality standards are adhered to and maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work long standing shifts and ability to lift up to 50lbs. -
- Availability to work all shifts (days, nights and weekends)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
