As a shift lead, you'll:
- Oversee daily operations and lead crew members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle inventory, cash management, and administrative tasks
- Receive ongoing training and leadership development
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- 1-2 years restaurant experience
- Leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and positive team culture
