### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
### Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Train and develop team members on proper food safety procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed
### Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
