Shift Leader/Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shift. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your assigned shift
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Skills
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
