Description
Our Shift Leaders are an essential component to our success by making a commitment to being a role model for exceptional Guest Service and developing a team driven by passion and strong values! Our Shift Leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission.
Payrate starts from $15.00/hour
Position Requirements
We are looking for individuals who will . . .

• Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
• Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
• Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
• Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors
• Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
• Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week
• Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
