Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:

· Assist -Assist the store General Manager in the success of daily operations

· Delegate - Delegate tasks so that the Mod experience is achieved and maintained for customers

· Share Your Knowledge – Lead by example and share your knowledge to encourage the team’s success

· Connections - Create meaningful relationships with the team (squad), the guests, and the community

· Celebrate - Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrates the wins with the team

· Standards - Ensure the highest standards in the quality, safety and cleanliness of our product and environment.

· Role Model - A Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, also known as a Mod Squad Captain, will be a passionate role model instilled with the confidence to demonstrate MOD’s culture in all interactions
