Sheet Metal Mechanic

Sheet Metal Mechanic:

• Looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics that can install ductwork on new construction projects in the RTP, Raleigh, and Sanford areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Multiple years’ experience installing fabricated Sheet Metal ductwork based on information from supervisors and drawings
• Measure, layout, fabricate, and install hangers
• Install duct devices such as dampers, access doors, and other Sheet Metal accessories
• Ensure that efficiency and quality are maximized while installing ductwork systems
• Ensure that safety is a top priority on all activities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts
• OSHA-10 (a plus)
• Some training will be required and provided on an as needed basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
