The client is seeking a SharePoint ECM technical supervisor for our internal and public facing SharePoint ECM implementation.

Job Description:
The client is seeking a SharePoint ECM technical supervisor for our internal and public facing SharePoint ECM implementation.
Supervisory Duties:
- This person must have several years' experience as a supervisory technical lead of a DevOps based development team.
- They will interface with ECM business analysts to ensure development needs are met and process is followed.
- This person will interface with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint/ECM into existing applications.
- The candidate should have experience acting as a scrum master for a technical team.
- They will oversee ECM development to ensure development standards are followed and architecture is maintained.
Technical Duties:
- The person is responsible for overall technical architecture and integrity of ECM SharePoint environment and its alignment with the Transportation life cycle.
- This contractor must have extensive experience building Enterprise-level SharePoint repositories with very complex security needs.
- Must have extensive SharePoint on premise development experience using SP Solutions, Nintex, Workflows, CSOM, JSOM and PowerShell to efficiently update and manage very large SharePoint repositories.
- Must have strong SharePoint Administration skills as this person will interface tightly with and assist the SharePoint administration team.
- Should have Asp.net C# development experience, particularly with interfacing with SharePoint.
Skills:
- Experience supervising development teams maintaining very large SharePoint 2019 repositories, SP Search, SP Solutions, Timer Jobs, & event receivers.
- Experience as scrum master and supervising and technically leading a DevOps based SharePoint dev team.
- Ability to integrating SharePoint on premise with other custom IT solutions & guide other IT teams in solution development.
- Strong Experience developing for on premise SharePoint including SP Solutions, PowerShell scripting, CSOM, Workflows, OOTB and app model.
- Strong SharePoint 2019 on premise administration experience
- Ability to Teach and Mentor Teams and Developers
