Job Description :

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Workout Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to both internal and external customers, assisting with moderately complex initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency and restructuring loans within the Loan Workout functional area. Your primary responsibilities will include researching credit or account information, performing skip tracing, reviewing problem loans and payment plans, and researching vendor program remedies and recourse to determine loss projections. Additionally, you will review low complexity collection portfolio or customer issues, processes, policies, and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to deliverables with narrower impact.
• To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of company policies, procedures, and collection systems. You will need to adhere to risk ratings and compliance matters, identify opportunities for process improvements in the Loan Workout area, and receive direction from your supervisor while exercising judgment within defined parameters. Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals will also be essential.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct research on credit or account information, perform skip tracing, and review workout and restructure problem loans and payment plans.
• Research vendor program remedies and recourse to determine loss projections.
• Review low complexity collection portfolio or customer issues, processes, policies, and procedures to quickly obtain answers and address deliverables with narrower impact.
• Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures, and collection systems.

Required Qualifications :

• At least 6 months of experience in Loan Workout and Commercial Lending.
• Strong knowledge of loan restructuring and delinquency reduction strategies.
• Familiarity with skip tracing techniques and credit/account research.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
