Lendmarqis a specialty real estate lender providing bridge and term loan products toresidential real estate investors throughout the country. As a seniorprofessional in Servicing & Asset Management, your ability to prioritize,lead and create robust servicing and Asset Management procedures and toinstitute and refine internal controls will be critical to this function andthe Company's growth.
Primaryresponsibilities for the senior professional of Servicing & AssetManagement is to manage and oversee all aspects of Servicing and AssetManagement by providing essential analytical and operational support to the COOand Executive Leadership Team.
Essential Functions:
Servicing
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of loan data for effectiveonboarding and servicing of loans
- Take ownership of Company loan data; ensure accurate remittance and loanactivity reporting
- Work with Company accountants in providing guidance with books & records-standardize reporting, track cash flows, proceeds, expenses, and PNL
- Manage remittance reporting and surveillance activities
- Review servicing reports, process transactions, review and reconcile servicingTrial Balance
- Spearhead technology solutions for automation, scalability and secure datawarehousing
- Resolve servicing bottlenecks and friction points
- Work with CIO and Approved Buyers in providing analysis for loan purchases andsales
- Assume lead role to ensure vendor compliance and operational requirements aremet
- Build best in class reporting, prepare analysis over company transactionhistory, counterparty metrics, performance information and forecasts
- Work with debt providers, including coordination of funding activities and datavalidation over loan and debt balances
- Prepare settlement statements/trade documents for loan trades/ bulk sales andpurchases
- Interact with debt providers including data validation over loan and debtfacilities being pledged/or borrowed against
- Build relationship with rating agencies; manage securitization limits, reinvestmentperiods
- Create impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders; designand implement aging and delinquency reports to monitor loan portfolio
- Set operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, andcustomer service
- Consult with vendors and Borrowers on draws/ project status, scrutinizingbudgets to determine progress and consistency with exit strategies
- Analyze portfolio changes and identify any irregularities that may negativelyimpact portfolio and/or company
- Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review accounts
- Review loan data, file maintenance and perform periodic audits of loanservicing files
- Manage the escrow, taxes & insurance disbursement process ensuring all realestate taxes, insurance is processed timely and accurately
- Manage IO and B-pieces
- Where applicable, negotiate extension options and/or modifications withborrowers
- Manage DIL, short sales, REO process in compliance with performance standards

Required Competencies
AdvanceExcel skills, including macros, pivot tables, familiar with most if not allfunctions in Excel.

Education & Work Experience
Thisopportunity requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree as well asrelated experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate loanservicing and Asset Management.
Positionwill be at office, five (5) days/week in Westport, CT
