Roles and Responsibilities
- Implements standards and best industry practices.
- Assessing project performance against established business objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Track and improve the strategic utilization of resources.
- Build a return of experience (ROE) process and ensure results are shared with the entire organization.
- Improves communication and productivity.
- Coordination between Post-Award Phase Team and Pre-Award Phase Team.
- Leads projects as well as coaches other project leaders on the implementation of improvements.
- Perform project reviews to identify process gaps, and methods to improve project execution and cost reduction.
- Work on strategies for business development & growth per product. Develop strategies for installed base per product, and strategies to win new business and customers.
- Coordinate between Commercial Team and Technical Team to provide competitive strategies, solutions, bids and proposals to Customers.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Coordinate with Finance and Execution Team for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, commercial, or related field
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the North America Region
