Are you a Software Engineer with experience designing, testing and deploying solutions within the ServiceNow Platform? If so, Kegman, a woman-owned and service disabled veteran owned small business in Melbourne, Florida is seeking someone with your skills to join our team in supporting our nation's nuclear deterrence and treaty monitoring mission at the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) on Patrick Space Force Base. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test and deploy solutions with ServiceNow platform
- Modify applications, forms, workflows, interfaces, and any other customizations required to support IT infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other business processes
- Work with key stakeholders and end user customers to translate requirements into specifications and solutions features
- Develop and perform integration tests with external systems.
- Apply ITIL based Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Event, Problem & service Level Management (SLM) processes.
- Create, test, deploy, and troubleshoot scripts of multiple languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular JS frameworks.
- Perform development tasks in the MS Windows and Linux environments.
- Provide monthly status reports, technical reports and presentation materials to the program manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Minimum five (5) years of recent experience as an analyst or developer with three plus (3+) years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining multiple ServiceNow instances
- Experience leading teams in the delivery of agile-based projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or similar ServiceNow applications.
- Able to customize workflows, Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI customization.
- Familiar with ServiceNow service catalog, work management, property management, and other core modules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication (written & oral) skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.]

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- ServiceNow certification(s) (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer and ITIL Certification)
EDUCATION:
Bachelors +3 yrs or Master's in information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
OTHER:
- Must pass drug test
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Must have a fully adjudicated U.S. Government/DoD security clearance
