Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant

Location: NYC (REMOTE)

Duration: Around 2 to 3 Months Contract

Direct Client Need

Start Date: 1st or 2nd Week of April.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive development within the ServiceNow ITAM module, including crafting and refining asset management processes and workflows to enhance business operations.
• Provide multi-faceted support across various engagements, ensuring robust ITAM solutions are delivered consistently.
• Implement ITAM strategies within ServiceNow, integrating asset lifecycle management to support the client’s IT infrastructure.
• Customize and configure ITAM-related ServiceNow components, ensuring seamless alignment with the client's existing IT ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their asset management needs and translate them into functional ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the ServiceNow methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles. Including documentation, testing, and training.
• Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
• Lead and mentor teams in ServiceNow ITAM best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.

• 9 to 10 years IT Experience required.
• 4 to 5 years ServiceNow Development experience required.
• Handson experience in implementing ITAM.
• Strong knowledge in SAM and HAM Required
• Nice to have SAM Certification (Not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills required.
