Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and Discovery Developer. This is a remote Contract-to-Hire role with a high-growth mission driven healthcare organization. Our client is expanding their ServiceNow footprint and implementing HAM and Discovery.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will develop workflows, configurations, customizations, and applications. You will work with the business to customize/update complex software for computer programs, design prototype applications, implement and test source code, troubleshoot software applications and effectively execute.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, ideally certified as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience working in related workflow tools.
• Experience in ServiceNow modules HAM and DISCOVERY
• Must have completed at least 2 implementations of HAM and DISCOVERY within ServiceNow.
• 3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer documenting requirements, designing, and building in a ServiceNow enterprise environment.
• Experience utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, CSS, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Experience with scrum and other Agile based methodologies of software development.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles complex work critical to the organization.
• Key developer working on the implementation of HAM and Discovery modules within ServiceNow.
• Develops software applications, workflows, and configurations to meet customer needs.
• Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development.
• Transforms design into functionality; tests and maintains layout and other components to enhance user-experience.
• Implements software applications.
• Supports software applications.
• Continuously maintains; tests and troubleshoots issues and problems.
• Creates documentation for installation, troubleshooting, and end users.
