The emphasis this time is on a general developer and not specialized around APM, Asset Management or CMDB. This candidate will be a general ServiceNow developer (ITSM). If your candidate did not interview and was rejected on the last req, you are able to resubmit. When screening candidates, please make sure they are able to answer general interview questions as well as technical.
Lastly, since there aren't as many technical needs for this role, please be more competitive with rate as Julie would like to see candidates lower than the max.

Responsibilities
Serves as the main point of contact for support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications. Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform including adding Users, Groups and Roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform. Monitors health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Creates and configures Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACL's, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs and SLAs/OLAs/UCs; including advanced scripting of each. Creates ServiceNow reports and dashboards using the native reporting module and Performance Analytics. Coordinates and facilitates application and platform upgrades. Implements new modules. Administration and maintenance of Mid-servers and configuration of external data sources. Authors and maintains technical documentation. Responsible for the creation and documentation of development, test cases, and build plans. Adheres to existing platform governance process for support, maintenance and agreed SLAs. Monitor work queue and work with teams to resolve support issues in the ServiceNow platform. Create clear and concise documentation utilizing the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow around known issues or workarounds. Own and lead troubleshooting issues identifying the root cause and working with developers / architect to address issues in a timely manner as required. Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent years of education, training and work experience) 6+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Architecture and Engineering 4+ years' experience with development, administration, configuration, and scripting on the ServiceNow platform (specific ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, VRM, Security Operations and HR Delivery products) 1+ years of experience working within an agile environment
Additional Qualifications Certifications:
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certificate ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, VRM, Security Operations and HR Delivery ServiceNow products Proficient in front-end web development languages, including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Ajax, XML and Glide
