Form of workEdgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the IT Deputy Chief Information Office (CIO). The Deputy CIO collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and implement our information infrastructure strategic vision, and assure our current systems with process requirements, performance monitoring and business process improvement.
Responsibilities- Provide documentation needed to support process and configurations for SPM implementation, including test plans
- Collaboration with platform Admins to have work moved to production instance
- Create automated reports for Strategic Planning (Visualize relationships & dependencies in a non-table view)
- Integrations with dependent systems such as Oracle and project management tools (Integration Spokes)
- Develop a timeline and plan to assist with work prioritization and alignment
- Follow standard implementation methods to make the connections between the ServiceNow Platform and the SPM module
- Create a work intake catalog item for portfolio management scope of work
- Create a Strategic Portfolio Management Portal for the portfolio management team
- Center Work Authorization Process (CWAP) Migration (Previously started by Agiletek resources)
- Integration of the Center Work Acceptance (CWAP) process into SPM demand continuing to productionize the in-progress solution
- Configuring the SPM product to support implementation needs
- Provide training documentation for Demand/CWAP
Day to Day
- Attend Agile activities with product owner and report on previous day's work, what story(s) they will be working that day, and communicate any roadblocks
- Attend Platform stand ups as needed to communicate SPM releases
- Identify work that needs to be completed an collaborate with the teams SCRUM master to develop stories
- Document any configurations or changes made in the work log of each story
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related technical degree and a minimum of one (1) year of direct ServiceNow implementation experience
- Candidate does not require a clearance at this time, but might be required as the job responsibilities evolve
- Candidate can work remotely but must be willing to travel onsite as needed
