- $300 per 5 years of verifiable personal injury Case Manager experience.
- $750 per 5 years of verifiable personal injury Case Manager experience at a plaintiff law firm.
- Monthly discretionary bonuses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Communicates and follows up with clients through the case and treatment process.
- Drafts legal documents including Letters of Protection, CPRC Letters, Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, Tort Letters, and FOIA to medical providers and insurance companies.
- Prepares and ensures relevant elements of a case are collected, maintained, and organized including the status of claims from insurance companies, police reports, medical liens, and client’s treatment and medical history from medical providers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with navigating websites related to public records.
- Bilingual preferred.
- FileVine case management system knowledge preferred
Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
