SalarySeamless Migration is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join our team to support current and prospective clients.

Overview
- Performing operational activities as defined by CM policies and procedures
- Fulfilling CM service requests as assigned
- Engaging with strategic projects to ensure CM can deliver required functionality within project time frames
- Mentoring the organization on CM services, concepts, policies, and procedures
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of reports as needed
- Collecting and reporting on metrics as required
- Identifying and reporting on noncompliance situations
- Performing CM audits as directed
- Identifying service improvement opportunities
- Mentoring and helping direct configuration management specialists
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with ITOM, CMDB and Discovery
- Experience or familiar with setting up Mid Servers for Discovery
- ITIL Foundational Certification (Desired)
- Experience w/ ServiceNow in configuration management capacity
- Could be someone with a dev or admin background
- U.S. Citizen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
