Service Writer

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians regarding work needed
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the motorcycle industry
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic mechanical knowledge is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
