The role of Service Valet (also known as a Porter at some dealerships) is a critical role at our dealership. You're directly responsible for our guests' vehicles, assuring they are taken care of, respectfully driven, and treated like your very own. Additionally, your role is important as a team member who can assist in many areas around the dealership campus as needed. This role will expose you to many areas of our business and is a great springboard to other opportunities across our enterprise.
This role works 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Your day will be filled with many different responsibilities. These may include some or all of these:
- Parking and retrieving guest and inventory vehicles and moving around our campus
- Cleaning vehicles as needed to ensure the best presentation for our guests
- Providing support to all departments as needed
- During the winter months, assisting with snow removal from vehicles
- Greeting guests and team members with a positive, friendly attitude
