Service Technician - Drain Cleaner - Plumbing
Responds to customer service calls by inspecting problem area and accurately diagnosing a problem; provides solution and estimate for service and closes the sale. Repairs and maintains residential, commercial and industrial plumbing systems. Completes all work in a safe manner using proper tools and PPE and safe driving . Work can involve physical demands such as weather outdoors, climbing, crawling, lifting at times heavy lifting moving items such as hot water tanks, drain cleaning machines and kneeling to get into plumbing positions. This position involves good communication skills with our customers and the ability to sell the solution. We are hero's to many customers each day making sure they have clean, healthy water flowing. Use of electronic devices such as an Ipad and GPS as well as paperwork involved for permits and daily check in. A good driving history is a must we also run background checks and drug test. As a drain cleaner you will be working with varies types of solutions such as cables and hydro jetting, able to use mechanical types of equipment. Excellent for a career minded person that wants to learn the plumbing trade and drain cleaning business.
