Join our amazing team in Wahpeton, ND! We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to work at Dakota's Estates apartments, and Dakota's Edge townhomes.
Job Summary:
Job Summary:
- Hours will vary, depending on need on any after hours emergencies that arise.
- This position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Snow shoveling and salting.
- Curb Appeal and Grounds Maintenance.
- Painting.
- Electrical.
- Plumbing.
- Boiler Maintenance.
- General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
- Drywall repair.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
- Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
Ideal candidate will:
- Be available to start ASAP.
- Live within 15 minutes of the properties in Wahpeton, ND.
- Must provide own, basic tools; the property provides larger equipment and specialty tools.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
