Job Title: Service Technician
Report to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Develop an understanding of Arpco's equipment and how it works.
- Develop an understanding of production and pipeline equipment and systems.
- Perform service and repairs on a variety of equipment, including emergency shut down systems and valves.
- Drive a company truck to various job sites to complete service calls
- Be accountable for paperwork including, but not limited to, JSA's, Service Tickets and Expenditures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Be available to work overtime if, and when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- 1+ years of oilfield, construction or warehouse experience.
- Proficient in plumbing and electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean background, drug/alcohol screening
- CPR Certification a plus
- PEC/Safeland/H2S Training a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
