The position is responsible for the operation and servicing and maintenance of portable toilets.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform basic service truck driving functions.
- Safely perform all work duties by policies to ensure no accidents or injuries.
- Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. frequently during work shift.
- Conduct portable toilet servicing to ESG service standards.
- Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.
- Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
- Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as give the customer the best service possible.
- Attend safety classes, and reinforce and comply with company safety policies.
Qualifications
One year of related experience. Must have a high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training. Must have a valid state Driver's License (Class B Commercial preferable) and meet minimum driving standards.

- Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied.
Working conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extreme heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions, bright and/or dim light, dust or pollen, intense noise levels, vibration, fumes, or noxious odors. All required safety standards shall be adhered to to mitigate risk from moving mechanical parts, electrical shock, heights, blood-borne pathogens, traffic, animals and wildlife, toxic or caustic chemicals, and other identified hazards.
Physical requirements
- Sit while driving and stand while servicing products.
- Use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repeat the same movements.
- Be able to walk for up to 30 minutes at a time without exertion.
- Enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling.
- Lift up to 40 pounds from your waist to your shoulders.
- Lift 30 pounds from the floor to your head.
- Crouch and squat.
- Push 100 pounds and pull 100 pounds horizontally.
The employee must be willing to work non-standard and overtime hours as required.
The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and depth perception.
