Service Technician is responsible for providing maintenance services, diagnosing problems and making repairs. Service Tech will travel to commercial business location to inspect, diagnose and make necessary repairs. Tech is responsible for scheduling requested repairs and maintenance, gathering supplies and materials to complete tasks, and communicating with customer. Communication with co-workers is essential. Some maintenance tasks require working with other team members to complete. Some nights will be required monthly.
Work Experience/Skills: General maintenance. Service tech will be completing tasks in carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, equipment/mechanical, laying tile, preventative maintenance, dock doors, etc. Tech will need self management skills (organizational and time management), basic computer skills, problem solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a team work mindset. Clean driving record. Drug Test
Starting pay will be based on experience
