Location: Travel between accounts (Bronx/Yonkers Area)

Summary: Floater for on-sight employees. Support all services, copier and printing room, and meter read department.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
Copier Room:
- Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.
- Reviews electronic file for print readiness, prints documents, punches, and binds.
- Responds to customer requests. Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Track copier usage and manage materials in an efficient manner.
Mail Room:
- Pickup incoming mail from Receiving Dept – US mail, FedEx, UPS packages and log in all tracking numbers.
- Prepare and have all Outgoing mail ready for pickup each day – Post Office will pickup all Outgoing mail from Receiving Area.
- Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment (printer, copier and mailing machines).
Other Duties:
- Toner deliveries
- Perform service calls
- On a monthly basis, collect meter reads on copier machines and submit to Meters Department
- Cross train employees
- Performs other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School degree or higher
- Experience: 1 or more years in a mailroom and copy room and customer service and/or office related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Competent using email
- Must be able to travel without restrictions by train or car to multiple sites.
- Physical ability: standing for long hours, bending and kneeling, frequently lifting and moving material weighing up to 50lbs. Able to stand and remain on feet for up to 8 hours per day
- Personality: Upbeat, self-motivated, team player and builds strong working relationships
Skills: basic mechanical skills, customer service driven, flexible and adaptable to change in the work environment, great communication skills, time management on projects
Pay
- 40,000$-45,000$ OR (20$-23$ an hour)
