Being a First Texas HondaService Pass Advisor provides you with the opportunity to be a part of a thriving, engaging, positive atmosphere. In this role, you will create an experience that leaves the client satisfied by meeting and surpassing their service maintenance experience expectations. Your primary customers are new Honda owners seeking to utilize their factory scheduled covered maintenance benefit; at times you will also assist express maintenance customers based on
daily business needs.
Your role will require you to maintain an organized process while satisfying multiple customers, clearly communicating, managing priorities, following up, and any other duties assigned resulting in satisfied and loyal customers. This position provides the foundational hospitality and sales skills necessary for career advancement into an Express Advisor role.
The Duties (this is a summary of daily duties but not limited to):
Provide Truly Exceptional Service leading to customer loyalty.
Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
Perform professional deliveries.
Follow Up with all pending clients regularly.
Communicate with all team members necessary to assure successful and timely completion of promised work.
Prepare for appointments to create a speedy and pleasant experience.
Perform a professional walk around and thoroughly record the client's concerns.
Provide value in our services leading to customer participation in current suggested services and future maintenance.
Produce repair orders using the 3 C’s. (Concern, Cause, Corrections).
Assist clients as they desire by learning Honda product knowledge, warranty data, and maintenance requirements.
Complete required manufacturer training.
Any other duties that may be required.
Hours:
- This is a full time position at 40 hrs a week with a weekday off as well as Sunday.
- Must be available between business hours Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 7am-6pm.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $48K - $70K, dependent on performance.
- Pay rate will be an hourly rate + bonus opportunities
