Position Overview:
As a Service Manager at MasterMover, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the service delivery process, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Oversee and optimize the entire service delivery process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to continuously improve service quality.- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of service technicians and support staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of our products and services. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide valuable insights for product improvements.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Analyze service delivery processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain service-related documentation and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure all service activities meet or exceed industry standards. Conduct regular audits to assess and enhance service performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the service department budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Technical proficiency in automation and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment is a plus.
