Tesis USA LLC is hiring candidates for an Service Manager position in Sugar Land, TX with the following knowledge and abilities:

• Bachelor / Professional Degree complete or under ongoing completion related to the position or engineering degree.
• Proactivity and organization are mandatory.
• Good English communication skills are a must (speaking, writing and reading).
• Spanish Communication Skills are recommended and strongly desired for this position.
• Self-motivation and proactive behavior are required.
• Work as a team locally and internationally
• Ability/comfortable to travel to different states
• Tesis will provide Training and orientation

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Client & employee support
• evaluation of requirements and needs of each situation or requirement that arise
• Administrative follow up and internal documentation control
