Service Manager

Our Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to be a part of our team as a Service Manager. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing advanced auto services with exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options
• Explain all service options to customers, including cost estimates
• Track maintenance or repair status, fill out reports on labor and cost of all services
• Advise customers on warranty protections
• Perform routine customer service duties; i.e. answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers with service updates
• Manage shop workflow and schedule for mechanics and technicians
• Review shop performance to meet company goals and budgets
• Responsible for associate and development staffing
• Provide technical assistance and support

Qualifications:

• Must have managerial experience (Deal Breaker)
• HS Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and coach others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
