The Service Excellence Agent assists guests with an immediate response to their service opportunities and needs. This position will use multiple methods to respond to guests to find the most effective and immediate way for a resolution. Agents help in monitoring Peppermill.com requests, Peppermill internal reviews, and correspond through our social media sites. This position will also require proactive telemarketing to un-hosted or inactive guests.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain a license with the Gaming Control Board.
- Two years of experience in a customer service related field.
- Previous telephone, office, and computer experience preferred.
- Able to meet department expectations for typing/computer skills.
- Public relations and communication skills required.
- Team player, highly organized and able to work under pressure.
