Service Desk Integrator
Service Desk Integrator is responsible for systems process analysis and design. The position will analyze problems for resolution, gathers information from client users, defines work problems, and, if feasible, designs a system of computer programs and procedures to resolve the problems.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Service Desk Integrator: $70,000 to $75,000.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Service Desk Integrator Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for systems process analysis and design.
- Plans and performs research, design assessment, development, integration, and other assignments in a specific technical area.
- Analyzes problems for resolution, gathers information from client users, defines work problems, and, if feasible, designs a system of computer programs and procedures to resolve the problems.
- Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted teams.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Service Desk Integrator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Associate’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and two (2) years of technical experience.
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
