Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a computer technology or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software is preferred. Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively. Previous desktop support for both PC and Mac, IS technician, IT Support experience is required.
