Position: Service Department Manager
Location: San Jose, CA 95112
Salary: $110,000-$180,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of skilled service technicians to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Department, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to meet company goals.
- Set expectations for service appointments, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing feedback for improvement.
- Manage and control job expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record in HVAC service, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse projects.
- Motivated, flexible, and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with operational processes, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- DL and EPA Certification required.
