Responsibilities:
- Coordinates dispatch of field technicians to work locations.
- Reviews work in process, updating changes as they occur.
- Maintains and expedites work orders and coordinates work flow.
- Communicate work order status with the team. Keep tracking boards always up to date.
- Responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
- Demonstrate professional communication.
- Good record keeping.
- Plan and keep track of field technicians work activity and time management.
- Possess a general heavy equipment and mechanical knowledge.
- Support all branches for service requirements as required.
- The Service Coordinator's essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 – 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with MS Office software such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
This position requires a dedicated and passionate individual. The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
