Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates dispatch of field technicians to work locations.
• Reviews work in process, updating changes as they occur.
• Maintains and expedites work orders and coordinates work flow.
• Communicate work order status with the team. Keep tracking boards always up to date.
• Responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
• Demonstrate professional communication.
• Good record keeping.
• Plan and keep track of field technicians work activity and time management.
• Possess a general heavy equipment and mechanical knowledge.
• Support all branches for service requirements as required.
• The Service Coordinator's essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 – 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with MS Office software such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

This position requires a dedicated and passionate individual. The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
