We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person to assist in our growing Service Department. The Service Concierge will assist our Service Advisors in greeting and gathering information from customers, setting appointments, answering phone calls when necessary, following up with customers and customer satisfaction inquiries, filing warranty claims and more.
The ideal candidate has some customer service training, previous experience in a customer service environment, and some clerical experience. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong phone and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of automotive sales/service is preferred but not necessary.
This position offers training and an excellent opportunity for future advancement within the company to a Service Advisor or other position.
