Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the service and parts center's budget, including financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.
- Hire, train, and supervise service and parts staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Educate service and parts staff on best practices in education administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
Skills:
- Service and parts administration: Possess a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop long-term plans and set goals to drive the success of the service and parts center.
- Budgeting: Proficient in financial management, including budget creation, monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Management: Skilled in overseeing service and parts staff members, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Educate: Ability to impart knowledge effectively to both service and parts.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
