Service Cashier

We are looking for a Service Department Cashier who is enthusiastic, hard working, and committed to great customer service.

Some of What You’ll do:

• Welcome and greet every customer that enters service department

• Read repair orders and assist customer in understanding their order and account details

• Post transactions according to repair order type and warranty status

• Maintain a clean waiting area and cashier area at all times

• Instill trust in our customers by promptly attending to their questions and concerns

• Contribute to an excellent guest experience by working effectively with team members management team

• Maintain professional communication with team members and guests

• Develop your customer service skills and take your career to new heights!

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years customer service or cashier experience
• Experience working for auto dealership, preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

• Professional work ethic and high integrity

• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Schedule: 3 weekdays and Saturdays
• Expected work hours: 15-30 weekly hours
