Some of What You’ll do:
- Welcome and greet every customer that enters service department
- Read repair orders and assist customer in understanding their order and account details
- Post transactions according to repair order type and warranty status
- Maintain a clean waiting area and cashier area at all times
- Instill trust in our customers by promptly attending to their questions and concerns
- Contribute to an excellent guest experience by working effectively with team members management team
- Maintain professional communication with team members and guests
- Develop your customer service skills and take your career to new heights!
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years customer service or cashier experience
- Experience working for auto dealership, preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Schedule: 3 weekdays and Saturdays
- Expected work hours: 15-30 weekly hours
