Service Bdc Representative

Toyota of El Cajon is looking for a Full Time BDC Member to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Setting Appointments using Xtime Software
• Greet guest and assist with any questions they may have
• training for additional duties that will be assigned

Qualifications

• Prior phone experience
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
