Key Accountabilities
• Serves beverages in an efficient, courteous manner.
- Knowledge of all beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail making techniques.
- Service Bartender is also responsible for making coffee drinks for the restaurant team.
- Light food running when applicable, ability to carry plates that may be warm or hot.
- Maintain bar area & clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
General Requirements
• 1-2 years prior experience in a high-volume setting.
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
- Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
- Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
