Service And Sales Branch Manager

Salary: $81,000-$83,000/year

We offer a competitive salary with expected annual earnings of $81k-$83k total with base salary and bonus opportunities. We also provide 100% paid training on our machines and our service.

 

What we need:

We are looking for a dynamic, sales driven manager with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to lead one of our growing locations. This individual will need to have previous leadership and coaching experience, as well as experience growing revenue and working in a team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.

The person who fills this role will have a big impact on the region. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate driven candidate who wants to develop into a regional manager.

 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers
• Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential
• Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
• Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager

 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with reasonably clean record
• Leadership experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in a service or distributor sales organization
• Experience in growing sales year over year
• Mechanically inclined
• Participate in occasional on-call
