General job duties include:
- Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
- Discuss automotive services to satisfy the customer by learning about their needs
- Complete work orders and recommend products and automotive maintenance services to customers
- Build relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding the service of their vehicle
- Schedule appointments for customers, and inform customers when their repair is complete either in person, or by phone
- Support shop team by providing technician skills as needed and trained

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related automotive experience, with 2+ years retail experience preferred
- Proficiency using computers/POS system
- Effective communication with customers and team members working toward building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity
- Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards.
- Superior customer service skills
