We are actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service department! Working as our Service Advisor, you would be the main conduit between our guests and our service department - providing customer support and building ROs. The ideal candidate would have prior dealership experience with a great work ethic.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising experience is strongly recommended.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
