Job Description
We have an open position at our Salem service location. The Service advisor is responsible for assisting the service manager in all customer relationship needs. Customer service is key. Duties include, but not limited to:
checking in customers, writing repair orders, advising work, collecting payment, checking out customers, ordering parts.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities::
Check in customers
Cash out customers
Answer phone calls
Make phone calls
Advise customer of work and timelines needed for repairs
Education and Experience::
Education and Experience:
Understanding and basic knowledge of automotive vehicles.
