• Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule
• Greet customers upon arrival to shop
• Scheduling service to specific jobs
• Product Knowledge
• Consulting with mechanics regarding repairs
• Requesting parts needed
• Tracking repairs and problem causes
• Handling complaints professionally
• Track customer interactions and ensure satisfaction

Salary:

Weekly salary + commission

(Salary based on experience and abilities)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $500.00 per week
