```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance - Provide estimates for services and communicate them to customers - Schedule appointments and manage service orders - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in automotive service or dealership environment preferred - Strong knowledge of tire service, shocks, struts, air brakes, oil changes, and other automotive services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems - Cash handling experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
