Responsibilities:
-Be a TEAM LEADER and DIFFERENCE MAKER!
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle walk-around inspections with customers and document any existing damage or issues
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or as a service technician is preferred
- Knowledge of auto service management principles and practices
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics
- Familiarity with oil change procedures and maintenance services
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs for various types of vehicles
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
